Personality Characteristics:
Edmund : He is a villain, an evil person. There is no good deeds in his soul. Although, at the end he regrets for his deeds and change, but is so late.
King Lead : a proud king, with a strong personality, sure on himself, headstrong in his decitions. But he apparently is a self-centered person, because he loves only one daughter, because he feels that she loves him.
Cordelia : a loved person, and brave.
The climax of the scene:
On my opinion the climax of the scene is not centre in a point, but in many different and short parts. It began when Albany manifested that Goneril, his wife, is interested in Edmund. At that moment Edmund says very angry that no one can name him traitor, so he throuw a glove to Albany in order to maintain his honour firmly. After a brief period of time, enter Edgard, (Edmund´s brother) and named his an adversary, inviting him to fight. They were talking about their father, and Edgard told Edmund, he was following to their father as a guide when hi was hurt, sudenly it triggered Edmund's heart to think in his bad deeds and it made him change.
How the conflict of the scene is solved:
At the moment when both brothers were talking a messenger told them that Goneril and Rega have died. After that Edmund asked going inmediately to pick up both of the prisoners, King Lear and Cordelia, as a way to do some good deeds, but is so late, because Cordelia was killed and her father was bad about it.
